Customer Complaints & Satisfaction Executive – ComplianceI joined HEA in April 2021 as a Complaints Handler where I predominantly deal with customer complaints, investigating and resolving via phone and letter. Alongside this I have been involved in creating a process for dealing with vulnerable customers, as well as providing training on this. HEA provided me with training and resources to complete my day-to-day job, as well as support when creating the vulnerable customer process and providing training to other agents.
In my spare time I love cuddling up with a good book, going to the cinema, creating cross stitch designs, and playing Lego games. I also love a musical, going to the theatre as well as concerts, having seen one of my favourite bands on every tour they have done since 2008. I am an avid Disney and Harry Potter fan, with far too many Harry Potter Pop vinyl figures!
