Working closely with all departments in the business and with a keen eye for detail, you'll look over everything we do, from letters and emails to our website, marketing and reviewing customer calls.
You'll also look after any complaints that our customer service team haven't been able to resolve, investigating these issues in depth and in a fair manner, while ensuring that regulatory time frames are kept to.
