I started at HEA in 2019 as a complaint’s handler. I was given various projects to manage which included the renewals and administration process. Following the impact I made on these and in complaints I was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager, whilst still having oversight of complaints and managing that team, I was also given new responsibilities in ensuring that HEA complied with regulations as well as oversight of auditing. After re-evaluating my position, I was then further promoted to the principal firm; Insure Group and I am now responsible for compliance throughout the business as a whole. HEA spots and promotes talent, offering support and development throughout.
In my spare time, there is nothing I love more than reading a good book, heading to the cinema, or creating something new, with my latest creation being a flower wall! I am also the office cat lady, with 3 of them named Gandalf, Lucifer, and Lupin.
