Call Centre Manager – OperationsI joined Home Emergency Assist in September 2014 as one of the Sales Team Managers. Since then, I’ve had a few different roles within the business, which have all helped me to gain the experience needed for my current position. I am the Call Centre Manager, so I am responsible for both the Sales and Customer Service departments.
I love working here, I think we have a great product and a strong position in our market. I think the thing I love most is how close everyone is, marketing, finance, compliance, and the customer facing teams all work very closely together to ensure the projects run as effectively as possible.
As for my at home interests, I have 2 girls ages 9 and 11 so keeping up with them certainly keeps me on my toes, if we aren’t at the funfair then we are at the beach or cinema or off bike riding at the weekends. I also enjoy keeping active – long weekend walks or a nice round of footgolf are both high on my list of weekend activities as well.
