  • How long does it take to hear back after I've applied?

    We will try and get back to everyone within 3 days of your application.

  • What does the interview process involve?

    Our recruitment process is designed for each and every role so we assess them in a fair way.

    Almost all of our processes involve two competency-based interviews with a manager.

  • How can I prepare for an interview?

    Make sure you review the job description and research the product and our company. Come with examples that demonstrate your strengths and any questions you have about the opportunity.

    To see the status of your application, you can sign-in to your account and check the status bar. You'll be able to see: 

    1. Unread: we haven't opened your application yet
    2. Read: we've opened your application and you're still in our inbox
    3. In process: we've moved you to another stage within our process
    4. Hired: congratulations! You've got the job and we'll be in touch with the next steps

Based in a modern office 10 minutes away from Poole town centre, our culture is highly entrepreneurial, and you can expect to see the founding directors taking part in the day-to-day running of the business.
